National organization working for the humane treatment of cats. Advocates for low-cost spay and neuter policies and programs, as well as lifesaving Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) and Shelter-Neuter-Return (SNR). Works with animal shelters to reduce the rate of euthanasia.
