House of Dreams Scrip
Program
Help HOD while shopping at your favorite stores or dining at
restaurant!
- Funds raised through the House of Dreams Scrip Program are used to purchase necessary medicines for the cats at the shelter.
- Scrip comes as gift certificates/gift cards, and makes for great birthday/special occasion/holiday giving!
- When you order scrip from participating retailers, HOD receives a portion of the proceeds and you receive certificates equal to the cash value of your order. Orders must be received by the dates listed below and will be mailed or made available for pickup on the following Thursday.
2011 Due Dates for scrip orders and checks to be at the House of Dreams P.O. Box:
- April 14
- May 12
How to Order Scrip:
1. Click on the Order Scrip Link. (scroll down and click "scrip order form") Please note that you will taken to a site run by the Tualatin School District. This is the correct link; the school district runs the program. As long as your check is made out to House of Dreams, and mailed to our PO Box below, House of Dreams will be the recipient of the donated scrip funds.
2. Print the form, fill it out, and total the dollar amount.
3. Indicate on the form whether you will pick up the scrip or prefer to have them mailed to you.
4. Write a check to "House of Dreams". Note "scrip" on the Memo line.
